Spartaque graces 1605 once again with two blistering slices of forward-thinking grooves.The EP's title track starts off with his trademarked stabs and slowly morphs into a beast, primarily due to the cheeky synth line that unsuspectedly appears. All of Spartaque's familiar elements are evident here, while taking the production a notch higher.On "Grasshopper" we are treated to a tougher approach, with a long-awaited pulsing bassline and acidic synths. Once again, a menacing synthesizer rears its discordant head and the mayhem ensues as prescribed.
