Chania/Greece based electronic music artist Ioannis Psaradakis (with the aliases “Jo Psarados” and “Single Man”) started his magical music journey at a very young age, first as a passionate music listener, then as a fanatic clubber and a vinyl collector.He discovered the magic world of DJing and got his first residency to one of the town’s best clubs, “Y acht ing Club”, in 1996. For t he next decade Ioannis had his own special nights and residencies to various places from small lounge cafes and beach bars to big beach party and nightclubs, researching, experimenting and mixing styles from chill/lounge and Jazz/Funk to almost any kind of classics and club music.In 2002 John started following the underground scene, and in 2006 he became a part of “Micro T eam” (label, bookings and promotions), launched his own pirate custom-made FM Radio “CatFM”, and a year later teamed up with his audio production classmates to build the “Project 1107” that was the soul of great nights at various places in Athens.2009 finds John back at his home base building his own studio, preparing new semi-live sets, and going deeper into production as research for his new sound.JP/Single Man released originals/remixes to labels such as 1605 Music therapy, Baroque, System Recordings, Aenaria, 3am just to name a few, and already gained support by many respected international DJs and Producers.
