Phasen is the alias of Florida-based producer Ryan Parmer. Born in 1989, he spent his formative years releasing IDM records for labels like U-Cover and I, Absentee. Since 2009, however, he has focused on recording deep house and collaborating with other artists like Nachklangmusik and Refurb. In 2012 he signed with US-based label 5 and Dime Recordings while continuing to work closely with Ireland's long- standing Nice & Nasty imprint.
