He was born in 1971 in Istanbul. After carrying out manufacturing works at a jewelry store in Grand Bazaar for a long time upon graduating from school, he passed to the audio and video sector in year 1996 with an occupational education opportunity he found. He assumed technical duties on behalf of the company he was working for in hotels, fashion shows with many famous models, fairs, state and military events, and in innumerable concerts and organizations. He wanted to carry the education he received and his two years of technical knowledge into studio and broadcasting.He started work as sound technician in 1998 in the Turker Inanoglu companies group, which is a very big production and broadcasting corporation. He had experience in numerous live broadcasts, soup operas as actual sound technician and mixer. In mixer technologies, he passed from the Akai DD1500 16- Track System to digital platform with Nuendo., he started to produce amateur dance music productions, by combining his knowledge about Reason, on which he made studies in year 2000, with the Cubase and Nuendo, entering his music life during these years. He sustained his studies with many software like Fruity Loops, Cubase, Nuendo, Reason and Finally he use ABLETON now.He exhibited live performances as progressive house dj in many clubs and events between the years of 2000 and 2004 and he broadcasted exclusive sets in many local and Internet radios. During the same period, he assumed technical duties as tonmayster in bar works with many famous singers.In his carrier as dance music producer, his first work Chronic Sound Records was launched into market in year 2006 by 4 different recording companies, from Beatport, Trackitdown, Juno Download and at many sale portals between the years of 2007 and 2009. Hakan AKCAN has remixes with some native and foreign producers, as well as many unpublished works. Some of this works managed to enter for many times into the best tracks and sets of famous and popular djs in respective countries.
