Andrew Wickes

Andrew doesn't boast a traditional electronic artist background. His parents weren't musicians, they didn't have an amazing record collection, and he didn't become a piano prodigy by the age of 11. It's been a slow twisting road down music lane to bring him to the present and it's hard to predict what will come next. After moving to Berlin, Andrew made the transition from self described DJ to self described artist. In late 2012 he set up his label, Not Bad, with longtime friend Rejoyce. Both his productions and the style he is cultivating on Not Bad are inspired from many aspects of music and life. Groove, bass, dub, and a love of all cultures s eem to be a common theme.
