Stereo For Two is a project by Tim Verhees and Joris Bylemans, two friends and accomplished musicians, who mix their jazz- and classical training and their recording studio know-how with their love for electronic music to bring you quality tracks ranging from deep house to techno. The guys appears on Suffused Music's roster the first time, and already make a remarkable debut with their epic tune called 'Squint Stereo', with tight beats, frenetic synth riffs and an interesting speech about the miracle of stereo. The EP become full with the additional interpretations by Ewan Rill, qoob and Subgate.
Ewan Rill just grabbed the melodic parts of the original and combined them with his usual "sick" groove and a mind-moving synth section. Subgate stripped down the main structure, carefully added some cool percussion elements, and stay true the the main synth theme.
qoob's version is a playful adaptation of glitchy arps and acid, melted into an airy atmosphere. - Greyloop
