Bob The Groove delivers his next Bonzai Progressive slice in the form of the superb two tracker entitled My Bro Da Rastaman. This one marks the Frenchman's third BP outing and once again he proves his talent with two sublime tracks. His last effort here - Some Seeds Of Love - was very well received indeed having secured high rankings on various charts and lots of playtime. Much more to come from this guy and well worth keeping an eye and an ear on. The Original Mix opens with a deep lush progressive groove filled with a warm bass and nice punchy kick drum. A series of mesmeric arpeggios line the groove alongside a cool percussion section that keeps the rhythm moving. Expertly tweaked synths create an intense vibe that takes us to the break where a beautifully rich pad sequence takes over to the backdrop of some cool spoke vocals. A gritty bass tone brings in the second half of the track changing the dynamic to much more raw sound. Superb stuff yet again from this guy, an absolute must have stomper of a tune. The Sunrise Mix intros with a melodic arpeggio sequence over a chunky kick drum and crispy hi hat combi. A hypnotic bass rises up from the depths along with some very cool harsh synths and pads that give the track a lot of depth. You will soon find yourself locked into this solid groove thanks to the expert arrangement and beautifully crafted mesmeric vibe. An epic slice that will definitely fit perfectly in the peak time slot.
