When we talk about iconic music in the early parts of UK Funky, theres one man that is in everyones top 10. The man that brought you one of those tracks you'd hear at least 2-3 times in one night and get a strong reaction. With such a Tech House influenced sound its only right he delved into some, releasing tracks like 'Like You Girl' and 'Sweet Sophia' on Houseology label back in 2012. Fastforward a few years linking up on a broken beat flex with Henry Wu on his EP 'Deep in the Mudd' on Elgo Records, Banton hasn't been too far away from where he started. Dropping his first release since 2012, were happy to bring you some unreleased music from the man himself which circulated the scene for many years but finally gets a nice clean and solid master.
