Rising Indie rockers JW Paris hailing from Bedford in the UK have entrusted Red Ant main man Pete Bones with an electronic production takeover scheduled to coincide with the release of their first single on Blaggers Records out of Stratford East London. Red Ant will be in charge of the dance versions of their material from here on out and will be enlisting the help of various electronic remixers and producers from all over the World. Bones gets the ball rolling in fine style with the inaugural Berlin EP a 2 tracker of ubiquitous erudition that should be at home in quite a cross section of DJ's repetoires. The title track has an old school warehouse feel crisp tight percussion and nasty analog synth stabs with the boys' vocals deeply effected. The message is still pretty clear though Berlin here we come. The AA track takes on a more 80's synth pop vibe vocals stay closer to their original feel and the laconic groove synonymous with Bones is instantly recognisable.
