Born and raised on the sunny party Mediterranean island of Malta, Kugene began experimenting and practising on software and realized his calling was to be a DJ. The breakthrough came in 2009 when his talents were discovered and since then he has been a guest DJ in various top local clubs as well as solidified a residency with Sound Salon and Cafe Del Mar. Kugene has also provided warm-up sets for many of today’s biggest superstars including Calvin Harris, Oliver Heldens, Kungs, MK, Mark Knight, Riva Starr, and Franky Rizardo just to name a few.
