Hertz & Vibes

Hertz & Vibes is a formation of two dj's and producers whose real names are Patrick Hertgers and Dirk-Jan Wessels. Both grown up in the east of the Netherlands. They both played various classical instruments in their childhood like organ, piano, guitar and even the saucepans in their mother's kitchen. In the autumn of 2005 they both moved to Rotterdam to start their studies. But it also gave them lots of inspiration for the sound they are playing nowadays. The electronic music adventure just started.Their dj-sets can not be described as one sound, it's a solid mix of deep/techy house, minimal and techno driven by grooving basslines and funky percussion rhyt hms .In 2007 Hertz & Vibes reached the finals of the Amsterdam based TWSTD dj-contest at the famous dutch
