ABOUT DJ STHERRA. DJ, songwriter, and producer. DJ Stherra's music infuses different genre's which includes EDM, Afro House, and Gqom, creating unique and conscious soulful sounds that inspire and uplift spirits. Stherra's latest single "Bad Omen" was a continuation of his work to bring enlightenment and healing the soul through rough times. BACKGROUND. Born and raised in a small town called "Pongola" located in northern KwaZulu-Natal. Stherra's role models are the Afro House gurus like Candy Man, Jim Mastershine, Shimza, Kususa, Karyendasoul, and Black Coffee. Following the lead of such amazing talent, he has been to stage with the best of SA's acts, "TNS, DJ Maphorisa, Blaq Diamond" to name a few, where he showcased his work in support of the Afro House movement. It was the year 2014 when Stherra got so passionate about music
