Alps 2 are a Manchester based outt bringing together multi-instrumentalists and DJs from opposite ends of the UK. Having initially played in bands together for many years (including backing Maribou State) they’ve drawn upon their shared past impressions to etch out a future for their detail driven dance music. Dissolving live instrumentation with club ready beats beneath a bed of deep ambient tones, Alps 2 are a warm welcome from hot off the block Manchester label Selby Soul.
