Civil Servant

Civil Servant was always captivated by the relentless impact music had on people and societies as a whole. From this admiration, he decided to disguise himself as Civil Servant for the Government of Canada, while simultaneously creating music that could hopefully impose more widespread, positive change than any government could ever be capable of.
