The big Bionex project for their imprint has finally arrived with the embodiment of their vision, leading Audiojah for two years now. Biosphere and Stratosphere, the two musical forces expressed by our artists alongside previous Eps, are balancing on this homemade album to form a powerful and harmonious entity.
This is a major step for the francilien duo in their creative process making a 10-years milestone of their spontaneous relationship and a sincere and common dedication to music. The guards of Biosphere, their more than 100 episodes podcast series, are delivering here their most accomplished piece of work, the result of a deep exploration in the jungle of production to express new sonorities.
Lets now enjoy what they built: 15 tracks patiently carved, an ambivalent selection to stir your senses in two stages.
Beginning with the Yang, the awakening of emotions is the heart of the first part. Sitting on Velours as the intro, melodies are coming back and forth on different Tech House rhythms and rise progressively (Cosmopolis, Starship Loopers, Superhero), regularly smashed by groovy inspirations (Cornet D'Biffles).
The intensity ending this part is calmed by a saving interlude. Yin & Yang, a moment of timeless tranquility showing an unexplored facet of Bionex. Perfect to introduce the second part and confront your demons lurking in the shadows.
Initiated by the well-slamming track Morpheus, the Yin part gives you a rainbow of dark tones. Its indeed a travel between dark Tech House and Techno universe, connecting deep, energetic or explosive vibes. They manage to vibrate each corner of your mind until self-destruct in a final ultraviolent assault (Perse et Vert).
There is also a space to invite good friends in this part alongside Botium with Ted Dettman and Blunt with Dgtal Gangstaz for two different but fruitful collaboration, meaning that you can always reach great things plural too and helps you to reveal some of your hidden senses.
