After some collaborations for NuLabel like Desert EP and Nowhere EP, the spanish producer Jacobo Hernandez aka SeQ (Doma Musique) presents his new alias Rawtec, signing our 47th reference, The Walking Chord Man EP. Along with his 3 original tracks we have the remixes made by Matthus Ramman (Electric Circus), Omar Salgado, Ungar and Rawtec himself completing this eclectic work that we are very pleased to show.
Dub Soda (Original Mix) presents a spiral of magical and repetitive sounds shaped with percussions and mixed with keyboards that built an elegant sound structure surrounded by the tranquility of the universe contained within. Its remix is produced by one of the argentinian electronic music's promises, Omar Salgado, who transfers us into a sound halfway between Minimal and Techno, generated through the constant iterations of powerful rhythms that make the speed increase one point.
The Walking Chord Man is made by a ripped space mixed with strong low-pitched sounds and synthesyzer rhythms that overfly over very electronic and danceable universe. All this components blend together to produce an explosive track. Its first remix, signed by Rawtec himself, has a Dub style and achieves a beautiful fusion with Techno, creating a pristine sound with a path traced by the elegant melody that controls the track.
The french producer Matthus Ramman, owner of the Electric Circus collective from Lille, starts his remix with an asphyxiating and dark opening in which screeching sounds unexpectedly assault us in the middle of a absorbing Minimal atmosphere. Ungar, keeping his musical style, produces a very powerful remix, built with a quality Techno sound made by several portions of the original track and adding his dark and forceful perception of electronic music.
Lastly, Rawtec finishes The Walking Chord Man EP with Repair, a track made with a brilliant melody surrounded by narrow notes that show once more the quality and originality of this producer fusing several electronic music styles like Dub and Techno.
