Ametrine joined the Heath Mill Records roster midway through 2016 and found near immediate success with his first release on the label, a track titled 'Sky Ray'. Now we have the follow up release titled 'Terminal Tulip'. Ametrine immediately sets the tone with a quick sub kick, flavored with the occasional triple kick, while slowly working up a cascading synth line in the background. The clasp of a hi hat is littered throughout the cut as Ametrine goes to work painting the soundscape with smooth synths and light pads every step of the way. The track treads lightly throughout its duration, keeping the listener's head in the clouds while vivid images of summer days and the sun shining bright are painted with every synth stroke. As Ametrine continues to grow as a progressive house producer, his sound begins to sound more and more refined. In terms of potential, the sky is the limit for Ametrine and we are excited to see where he goes.
