Los Cuatro de la Sala are a quartet founded in 2003 and started playing their own arrangements of the tango legend Astor Piazolla. For their first album release Tango Manjar released in 2011 they began writing their own songs with this musical background. Through the years their music became more and more advanced by the different influences from the four highly regarded musicians. TANGO is still the basis, harmoniously and rhythmically, but on their new release MIMOS, you can hear many different styles: gipsy swing, Russian folk music and slow jazz-waltzes are just a few examples of their musical bandwidth. MIMOS includes 12 acoustic tracks, complemented by two remixes by Club des Belugas and "Jojo Effect.
