We are very proud to receive another new artist to Pild Records. This time is the turn of Tektight with his Mass Transit EP. He brought us a delightful combination of old school techno sounds, powerful bass grooves and perfectly executed arrangements in the base and synth line that creates a really soft and cool vibe across the whole ep. In Hate To Be Hated you can definitely listen to the Roland's classic base sounds, with a great combination of softly saturated synths like main element and delicate chord stabs workings as backend as atmospheres. Mass Transit presents a similar work in the base, yet with a bit more energic bass groove, but always with these old school synths melodies modulated with vibratos and perfectly placed reverbs. New Levels propose a little variation to this ep with the inclusion of a deep house melody going as leading sound, which goes evolving softly, completely wet in vibrato fxs, to a this cool and uplifting break. A fantastic ep that shows how much can be archived with similar elements presented in the right moment and different places.
