Babu comes with his new debut EP on Picknik Recordings names Kill the Bill including a hypnotic minimal weapon remix from Kilian Vega.Broken Doll This track has a classical music feeling combined with two dark minimal basses. The background is filled by nice strange interesting textures and noises witch make this composition very peculiar. Babu brings us nice melodic sounds as violins, string or pianos from original classical music instruments that mixed with the aggressive hi-hats. All this layers with a nice Russian vocal of a little girl. We found interesting ambient dark pads that combined with the rest of the elements transport us to very imaginary space. Kill the Bill Babu brings his production to weird experimental dark slow dup-step. Staying is his dark mood we found Japanese elements as flutes, drums and vocals. This track will relax and take you to the Orient side of the world with electronic music. Babu use granular noisy drums and modular percussion and textures witch take this track to an experimental scientific dark sound field investigationAt Point Babu take us a nice housy song inspired from sound from the Balearic island Ibiza and artist as Julian Perez. Using analogue bass acid sound from the Tb-03 and nice evolving pads for filling up the background Babu bring this track to a nice minimal house sound. Nice break-beat that makes it more jumpy. As well we can find more analogue sounds from the Tr-09 as hi-hats that mixed with a nice percussion makes this track bouncy and groovy. Not living his hard touch Babu uses a big sub kick. We can find interesting more than 4 layers of hats in this production
