BlackFoxMusic is celebrating its 10th birthday with its 25th release. Our new compilation Kapitel 5 comes in a rebellious outfit, but holds a variety of electronic music. As usual it features tracks from exceptional artists, who haven't released on our label before:Douglas Greed who has released on labels like Exploited, Parquet Recordings or BPitch Control wrote a smoothly rolling track for our compilation. Methology seems to have an ever evolving melody on top of a very strong basement. From Hamburg comes Wareika. His music is rich in variety and so it's no wonder that he has released on different labels like Connaisseur, Compost or Visionquest. The sounds of his song bring back memories of tracks by Charles Webster. A piano first hidden, then becoming more and more present, a decent vocal and creative drums that hold everything together. Barca is Deep House as its finest. After a release on TRAUM Schallplatten just a few weeks ago, Mitja & Daniel Mes made a splendid House track, where guitar and bass create a very nice groove. It all comes down in the percussive breaks where they add some arpeggios and nice synth lines.Radiothrapie from Wrzburg is having his debut on vinyl with his track The Collector. The Techno track comes with rolling arpeggios and a dark bassline. The build up is neat and has its peak after the main break.Of course, we have some brand new tracks from our well-known label artists as well:BlackFoxMusic label owner Tagtrumer2 throws in a very groovy House tune with strong old-school and Acid influences. But as the title Fresh Prince suggests, the sound is crisp and organic.Masterton was always part of BlackFoxMusic as a DJ and has released his first single on the label in 2014. His song YouRemain is built around chords and melodies that strive for resolution. It continuously adds up beautiful elements until all comes together. The title Schaumwasser und Wogenschlag (Foamed Water And Wash Of The Waves) is the perfectdescription of Dominik Hring's mixture of Electronica and Dub Techno. You'll be bemused when listening to this playful track. Our journey through Techno, House and Electronica ends with an artist, who was featured on the very first BlackFoxMusix release: Toureau. His influence of Electro and Breakbeat can be found in this melodic down tempo track Call That A Man, which is topped off with lovely vocals from Slums.
