Kansas City's Monta At Odds presents 'Fuoco Infernale', their 4th album and first with Upstairs Recordings. Monta At Odds main men, brothers Dedric & Delaney Moore, take us on a heady trip through jazz-experimentation-meets-electronics via the indie band portal. The band works with ambient textures jammed out live through vintage keyboards in states of disrepair, guitars, melodic bass, and a variety of other found instruments that create their unique technicolor sound.'Fuoco Infernale' was carefully constructed to include diverse elements of detailed beats, quiet sparseness, vintage Bollywood funk, Italian 60's cinema and out there jazz. 'This is what my dreams sound like' someone was overheard saying at a recent private Monta At Odds listening party. Lets hope we all have dreams this imaginative. Fuoco Infernale also includes 3 remixes: from seasoned vets Saru and The Verbrilli Sound plus up and comer, Kaleidoscope Jukebox.
