Edinburgh 1998 is a superbly constructed deep house mover. Solid, thumping kicks and spritely, slicing hats join a rhythmic percussion that sets the track up nicely. Cool vocals add that club flavour before a dance inducing analogue bassline takes full control for the ultimate dancefloor experience. Groovy piano stabs send out a a classic vibe, combining beautifully with the tasty groove. A stomper for the movers, not to be missed.
5 Minutes intros with a pacey kick and hat pattern alongside rhythmic percussions. A warm pad fades up along with cool descending notes. A deep and powerful sub level bass shores up the low end, giving the bass bins a bit of work to do. Soft melodies come through, contrasting with the deeper elements and making this a definite must have.
Everybody's Getting High delivers a solid groove made up of sporadic percussions and a tight drum foundation. The track carries a classic garage vibe with drums and fading chord pads being the catalyst. Brighter, more intense pads swirl overhead as a cool spoken vocal adds a narrative to the groove. A trippy number with a strong floor appeal.
