Jean Honeymoon is half Thai, half Scottish, Glasgow singersongwriterrecording artist. Disability wasn't the end it was just the beginning. Come On In, Jean Honeymoon's debut album is a collection of her ChinChin releases and new exclusive tracks. For the album title track, Jean teamed up with friend, musician and producer, Martin Connelly, having previously worked together from 1984 1987 in Glasgow band, The Honeymooners and later as part of acoustic outfit Honey. Jean first met producer Nigel Hayes (Soma Records) in the early 1990s when Nigel saw Jean DJ at her Sunday night residency in Glasgow West End's Byres Road. Owing to his appreciation of Jean's style of deep jazz and house music, Jean soon found herself regularly standing in at Nigel's Saturday night residency at Glasgow's now legendary Arches night club. It was around that time that Nigel and Jean discussed doing a musical collaboration together 23 years later, it's finally here. Producer Musician Markus Williams (Koolstyle) first approached Jean to work with him on a BrazilianLoungeJazz project as a featured vocalist on some of the songs leading to their collaboration on Jean's ChinChin album release.
