With the likes of Russ Yallop, Lee Curtiss, Groove Armada, Tiefschwarz and Ralph Lawson all supporting the debut Moda Black release, its quickly gained love from all the right places. So perhaps it makes sense that the second release comes from the label head honchos themselves, Jaymo & Andy George.

Modern house with a vintage feel The Hump is warm, bass heavy and incredibly effective. Skipping Moog stabs, quivering chords and a heavy peppering of quirky vocal cuts, it's already causing damage for the likes of Claude Von Stroke and Eats Everything.

For the B-Side the guys cross-pollinate their love of mid 00's Electro artists like Ivan Smagghe with the piano skills of Harry Peat. The fluctuating topline and warped keys of the first half are turned on their heads after the main break, as the filtering vintage lead freaks out and shifts everything up a gear.

With the debut compilation CD, featuring 15 exclusive tracks from the labels' artists and close friends, about to drop and more killer EP's just around the corner, Moda Black is shaping up to be one of the most exciting new labels on the scene.
