Morasso

Billy Morasso (aka morasso) is a producer and DJ based out of Asheville, North Carolina. He is co-founder and resident of "party w/djs," a staple of Asheville's emerging underground dance music scene. His latest release on the Chicago-based record label Satellite Era, was a collaborative effort with Pheonix-based producer Undulae. The label's first collaborative EP, "Boundary Test" combines organic hardware production with cutting-edge sound design via modern devices and aims to set a standard for experimental club music. In a short time, as both a DJ and as a live producer, morasso has established himself as an upcoming voice in the landscape of hybridized dance music.
