Parisian's producer Abe's music fits perfectly with ROIT's aesthetic, always in the look out for fresh and melodic music. His production's as "kemt" have taking the world by storm, mixing melancholic vocals with lo-fi House grooves, being one after Mall Grab or Trudge that must be followed. Here, as Abe, he delivers a wonderful mixture of Soulful House, Disco and Lo- Fi analogue drums. The EP opens with "Forgive Ain't Easy": straight 4/4 cut driven by sampled vocals and soulful piano melodies. The second cut is "Maybe It's Time" with that juicy Funky bass-line. Following is the deeper "Moon Bird", one for the summer, one for the beach. And closing is the timeless "Everything Was Being Used Up": you will hear this around. A lot.
