Malfunktion Records drop another cracking release with enough quality music to keep us all feeling warm in the winter months 'Miserable Weather'
Type 1 takes to the controls on this occasion and he throws down a big room, baseline techno monster. The baseline being the real emphasis of the track accompanied by swung percussion, delayed vocals, and a huge lead chord.
The breakdown is very trippy with the vocals being time delayed creating a wonky vibe, with the chords taking over, whilst the baseline bubbles underneath. When it snaps back in after a drum roll it will have any worthy dance floor rocking their socks off! This production will sound incredible on a big club system! Perfect peak-time business here.
Ramires is up on the remix duties here.
In quick succession Ramires has had 2 Beatport Minimal No1.'s with almost every other track charting on the Beatport top 100.
His remix strips it back to an organic minimal techno groover. Combining some of the percussion and the vocals from the original and a huge rounded sub bass pulsating underneath. He utilises the same chord structure as the original but replaces the original sound with a chord that is more gritty and is definitely more fitting to minimal techno. Again this one will sound immense on a huge sound system and should not be played quietly.
