BETTY ADEWOLE has a name, voice, and face you won't forget. Scouted by a model agent at age 15 in her hometown London, her debut on the catwalks of Loewe and Maison Martin Margiela in 2011, Adewole quickly became one of the fashion industry's most sought-after catwalk faces. With appearances in some of fashion's biggest shows - from Alexander McQueen and Tom Ford to Stella McCartney, Prada and Givenchy - under her belt, she has now also left an impressible mark in the music industry after joining forces with electronic music pioneer Adamski.
After a chance meeting in 2014, he'd asked the model to submit a vocal demo to his Futurewaltz label. Adewole sent a recording in which she sang and rapped, taped on her iPhone, and soon after found herself in Adamski's studio, marking her debut as a recording artist. The result of this session is the AA single Dazed'n'Confuzed, a remake of Led Zeppelin's classic, and Waltz Yer Body, a song Adewole co-wrote with Adamski.
The video to Dazed'N'Confuzed will be released at the end of October.
