Scottish songbird Lizzie Nightingale is preparing to take her place as one of the UKs most talented new artists with her highly anticipated debut single 'Left Right Left'. Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, Lizzie spent her early years doused in Bowie, The Beatles and Queen as well as a few Motown classics courtesy of her mother who was a singer and performer. Harmonies came easily and after mastering clarinet and everything major to minor in between, the music bug took control.
Lizzie Nightingale, knowing what she wanted to do, released a compilation or two in a bid to be heard. She gained immediate support from Radio 1, Radio 2, 1xtra and Galaxy FM and sold units in the thousands in the UK and Japan. The success of the EP led to a Maida Vale session for BBC Radio 1. "Left Right Left" is the result of Lizzie finding her own individual sound. After signing to 25 Hour Convenience, an indie label backed by Gary Powell of Libertines fame, and with her forthcoming EP set to showcase this timid yet vivacious Scottish girl's raw and real talent, she is already being supported by BBC Radio 1.
