Atlas 808

Atlas 808, aka Jak is a DJ/Producer from Kent, UK. Having grown up surrounded by music, Jak plays a multitude of instruments including Piano, Trumpet, Drums and even the Bagpipes! After getting his first controller for his 14th birthday, Jak was hooked.Atlas 808 started life out as a drum & bass producer, having his tracks played on R1 at the age of 16. As Jak matured, so did his tastes in music and he found himself playing around with old school house and disco music. Jak spent some time studying music production at the British Institute of Modern Music, and this is where Jak found his direction and individual sound.Atlas 808's signature sound is unique and diverse, with influences across the board from Disco, to Bass Music.
