Something many people don’t know about me is that I was adopted along with my sister from an early age. We were lucky to have been brought into a family of passionate classical musicians & music teachers. So growing up attending many musical events, choir practices & orchestral performances was a common practice! This early influence has truly gifted me with the passion I feel for music. Specifically, in the late 90s my introduction to dance music sparked a real desire to pursue my interest & figure out where I could meaningfully place myself within the field – songs like, Fat Boy Slim, “Right Here – Right now” & of course, Faithless, “Insomnia” compelled me in & from coming from such a varied musical background it was exciting to understand
