Carefully mixing luscious Latin grooves together with techy house rhythms, DJ and producer Bastidas is ready to take the world by storm with his driving and energetic DJ sets. After having played a block party at Comuna 13 - Pablo Escobar's legendary neighbourhood in Medellin - he got the attention of the South American, US, and European scene, rapidly gaining recognition from peers and fans for his ability behind the decks and in the studio. Bastidas is also co-owner and leader of From The South, a unique project born to explore and export Latino rhythms to house music and beyond.
