Yekumi is a Psytrance project by diverse musician Alon Sagi, aspiring to create a passionate fusion of ethnic, gypsy and rock 'n' roll music, into one volatile, high-energy pystrance explosion! Alon's love for music goes way back. At seven years old, he first picked up the guitar and taught himself how to play it. As time passed, He continued to grow as a musician, learned how to play new instruments and played leading roles in different rock bands touring world-wide. When he turned twenty-three, he began studying classical music, jazz and ethnic music, at the highly-acclaimed "Rimon" music college. Later on, he joined two renowned music acts: Gypsy jazz group- Swing De Gitanes and the Asphalt Theatre group, touring worldwide with both. At one point, Psytrance producing fascinated him.
