Xanto Dex was born on 1 July 1987 in Zwolle, grew up in Amsterdam and lives now for a couple of years in Haarlem. He grew up in the 90′s and with the advent of House and Trance he got interested in music and technology. His passion for electronic music increased since he started composing his own music. At the age of 14, he started spinning and at the age of 16 he bought himself a DJ set. In this period he started to get bookings at small clubs and schoolparties. Eventually he moved on as a Eclectic DJ to bigger clubs in and around Amsterdam i.e. de Melkweg, Escape, Panama, De Kade, Akhnaton and many more.
