The Man Who Creates Clouds, in short TMWCC, is a Portuguese Dj and producer living in Germany. Back in 1998 in Portugal TMWCC started as DJ, with residency in some of the bests clubs of reference in Lisbon. Influenced by Deep Tech, Tech-House Afro House, Melodic House & Techno. TMWCC is exploring some new areas of music, stay tuned.
