Substream Music Group/Mareld recording artist Telefon combines sonic elements with electronic and live instrumentation. They create sounds that are both familiar yet unique, using walls of sound, dynamics and odd time signatures. Primarily a gritty Trip Hop act, Telefon has also been described as musique-noire creating memorable instrumentals, soundscapes, and post-punk blasts of noise.
