Sound Traveler

Sound Traveler creates electronic music with afro-jazz instrumentalists and singers. Originally from Poland, he primarily works in Cuba and Caribbean. His song „Trip To Cuba” won the Dubspot New York & Ninja Tune Records contest in 2015. He publishes fusion projects on his own imprint „Sound Traveler Records” where electronic music meets african beats, jazz improvisations and shamanic vocals. The label is also meant to serve as a platform for local musicians from Cuba and other native cultures.As a DJ he creates extraordinary, eclectic musical journeys. In 2001 he was placed second at Smirnoff On DJ’s Koktajl contest. He became resident DJ for Electronic Beats festivals in Poland. He performed warm-ups for artists like James Blake, Dixon, The Orb, Digitalism, Groove Armada, Jazzanova, Squarepusher, Jose Gonzales, while producing his own
