Shortcircuit

Shortcircuit has been writing music since he was 8. At 13 he discovered industrial music and began taking music more seriously, and at 15, he started producing with an old Roland drum machine, a Yamaha CS-80 Analog Synth, various effect units, and a Tascam 4- track recorder. At 16 he discovered IDM and drum’n'bass music which completely captivated him. Artists ranging from Aphex Twin to Konflict were making sounds unlike anything he’d ever heard before, and it was then he knew that this was what he wanted to do. Now 15 years later he’s turned his focus towards Future Garage and has been busy at work. Incorporating a lot of drum’n'bass elements into 2step and Garage seems to have been a successful formula for him, as there’s been more interest
