REV:R is currently a solo project by singer/songwriter, Jon Tranqui, based out of Tampa, FL. TREV:R is currently a solo project by singer/songwriter, Jon Tranqui, based out of Tampa, FL. The catalyst which led Jon down this path was sparked after a recent layoff from Corporate America. The moniker “REV:R” is a play on words for “reveur” which, in French, means dreamer. Growing up, it was a term that his Vietnamese/French raised mother would always say to him as his head was always “In the clouds” daydreaming.
