Qix Metek

Dj and liveset producer since 1995, founding member of one of the monsters of the French and European free-party scene "Metek Sound System", Ber aka Qix is a vintage machine hacker, passionate about electronic music and new technology. Initially evolving on the "Underground"scene, he ignites the dance oors with some Hard Tekno and old school Acid mixes and liveset. BeatMaker and sound designer, Qix composes for different types of media and has been producing himself since 1996 on its label "Metek Records". His musicals universes, originally in uenced by Hakers' MegaDemo on Amiga 500, then by the famous Spiral Tribes or Dave Tipper, have evolved, giving way to eclectic and over-vitamin productions.
