Pivot Back is a coding, nomad turned DJ. While traveling the world for the past 5 years, he realized that there’s one thing that continues to connect people from all different cultures, backgrounds, and languages…and it’s music. To be in a club smiling and dancing next to someone you can’t talk to, but sharing this moment and experience together is magical and sweaty. Pivot Back fell in love with music in high school and growing up in LA he didn’t have a shortage of shows or inspiration, so he began making music as a hobby. But it wasn’t until 2020 that he realized his love for music was greater than his love for coding. And that’s when he did what any DJ aspiring millennial would do—signed up for a DJ
