Live composer, producer and dj, after a long time working in art directions and public relations in the best clubs of Puglia region from 1989 to 1996, in 1997 pierpaolo effe thinks to propose his music mixing deep sonority of typical "bukemian" drum'n'bass of London City with 4/4 beat getting a swaying electronic house music.
