Nelly Deep

Dj Nelly Deep was born to Portuguese parents in Mozambique in the 70s. Soon afterwards he comes back to his parents homeland, where he learns to live music passionately from an early age. With the African blueprint throbbing in his heart and mind, he eagers for new sounds and rhythms. In 1993 he starts his career as a Dj at the club Nenufar in Lamego. The following year he moves to the town of Vila Real and the club Andromeda., where he experiments intensively as resident Dj until March 1997. He then moves to Porto and is invited to work as resident Dj at the brand new club Colonial (one of the prettiest clubs this city has ever had).
