Makarii (DE)

Makarii is a german emerging electronic music artist, blending her multicultural roots from Hamburg, Spain, and London. Starting her techno journey at six, she was inspired by the Hippy communities downtempo and psychedelic techno. A turning point in 2016 inspired her to finally deepen her musical journey and invest into DJing, and in 2023, she began producing her own music. Her sound is inspired by merging the dark and the light, mostly creating melancholic or dreamy sounds and fuses raw, deep and industrial textures with soulful melodies, with her background in piano and drawing from music genres such as dark techno, melodic house, indie dance, and screen music.
