Long Nose

Pianist, musicologist, dj and producer. Inspired by dance electronic music of late 90-s and early 2000-s and tries to recreate similar sound in her tunes. Production is mostly House, Techno and Ambient styles, but DnB, Psy Trance, Chill Out, IDM can also be ‘traced’ in her music. Musicology education has made it’s impact as an influence of classical music from different eras and genres. Performing and analysing academic examples is fun but clubbing and producing electronic dance tracks is fun also. She tries to combine two different music languages - extremely natural (organic): acoustic instruments and musical laws used in classical music and extremely unnatural (artificial): computer generated synth sounds and ‘digital only’ sound effects.
