“Major labels are no longer the primary career makers and not as important or influential as they used to be. We have the internet. Independent is the new major.“ says Julez, 25, explaining his ambition.Born in Frankfurt, Germany, he discovered the piano at the age of 8, played drums in a rock band and sampled his fathers vinyl collection before tinkering with electronica, and developed his massive sound.In 2011, he graduated from university (Bachelor of Arts Audio Production) and started to travel extensively.
