Miss Ginger had several experiences with back to back sessions with colleague dj’s that felt so good working as a team, that she came to a final decision to give up her solo career as a dj and started in the beginning of 2008 a whole new project. So her quest started to find a perfect team partner and heard from a very good friend about an old school friend of her who just started to dj . She listened to a few demo’s of him and she liked the sound of it a lot, because it matched the style she plays, and felt that she found the right partner to form a team. They organized a few jam sessions in the studio to find out if they really matched, and got so pumped up by their own enthusiasm that the next step was to perform in front of a crowd to see how the response would be. So they got their first gig at a festival in the Netherlands and their biggest challenge was to attract the crowd to their stage. Beyond their expectations they got a massive crowd in front of the stage within no time that responded so enthusiastic, they felt that this was the right thing to do to stay determent to go all the way with the project. After the festival they had gigs in several clubs and they found out that the diversity of their sound and energetic performance attracted the crowd continuously to the dancefloor. The next logical step was to produce their own tracks to let the public get to know the House Engineers on a bigger scale then only from their public performances in the Netherlands.Welcome to the world of Misha and Ginger, welcome to the world of the House Engineers.
