Hayyoo

Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Ian’s early love for electronic music started with the vibrant early 2000s trance scene with artists like Tiesto and Ferry Corsten. Driven by a passion for melodies that express the feelings he often finds hard to put into words, he ventured into production during the pandemic. Artists like Lane 8, Sultan + Shepard, Le Youth, and Ben Böhmer played a huge role in shaping his sound, leading to the creation of his project, Hayyoo. Specializing in crafting emotional and danceable grooves, Hayyoo now calls Denver, Colorado, home. When he’s not in the studio producing, you might find him exploring the city's vibrant scene or supporting other local DJs. Hayyoo has releases on Pinkstar Black and Routine Espresso, with much more to come.
