The producers behind Flamingos, Ryan Emerson & Luis Rosario have found in inspiration in a fresh new sound. A project 6 years in the making, this duo’s experimentation with 80s music is creating a fresh take on 80s dance music. Taking bits of the old and new, Flamingo’s production is a new kind of dj music.A fusion of 80s electro pop, house & techno; what they like to call Retro Tech. Emerson & Rosario also perform a live dj set live remixing 80s into their house and techno sound with roots influenced by two cites that pioneered dance music in the United States, Chicago and Detroit.
